ANASTASIA M. GARCIA, ESQ.
Anastasia M. Garcia is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and has been practicing since 1992. She practices solely in the area of matrimonial and family law which includes all aspects of the litigation process along with representation of children as a Guardian Ad Litem. She is a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Garcia is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. Her skills as a mediator enhance her representation of clients in assisting them to negotiate the best possible outcome to their situation.
Ms. Garcia is a Collaborative Attorney, certified by the Collaborative Family Law Institute. A collaborative divorce is a process in which couples voluntarily choose to work toward a settlement on fair and equitable terms with the assistance of collaboratively-trained professionals. This process aims at reducing the emotional and financial cost of litigation.
Ms. Garcia serves on the Advisory Board of KidSide, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting Family Court Services in its endeavor to continue to improve services for distressed families with cases pending in family court, and was President of the Board of Directors during 2011 and 2012.
Ms. Garcia is a former member of the Florida Commission for Women. She received the 2016 KidSide, Inc. Maxine Cohen Lando Award, and the 2008 Ray H. Pearson Guardian Ad Litem Award for her service as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Katherine M. Pallidine, Esq.
Associate
Katherine M. Pallidine is an Associate at the Law Office of Anastasia M. Garcia, P.A., where she exclusively focuses on matrimonial and family law. She is committed to providing compassionate and strategic legal representation, guiding clients through complex legal matters with professionalism and integrity. Katherine advocates vigorously on behalf of her clients through meticulous trial preparation, effective negotiations, and personalized legal strategies designed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Ms. Pallidine earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she distinguished herself academically and received certificates in Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Analysis, as well as a dual major in Women and Gender Studies from Florida International University.
Throughout her legal education, Katherine gained valuable practical experience through various externship and internship programs. She served at the City Attorney’s Office of Coral Gables and Catholic Legal Services for the Archdiocese of Miami, as well as at a prominent Personal Injury Firm. These diverse experiences provided her with a broad understanding of multiple legal disciplines, sharpening her advocacy skills and deepening her understanding of client-centered service.

"Of Counsel"
Hillary Pons, Esq. serves as "Of Counsel" to the Law Office of Anastasia M. Garcia, P.A., where she provides strategic guidance and representation in all areas of matrimonial and family law.
Ms. Pons began her legal career in First-Party Property Insurance Litigation and has devoted much of her practice to advocating for policyholders throughout Florida. With extensive experience managing claims from pre-suit negotiation through trial preparation, she brings a meticulous and client-centered approach to every matter. Her work is distinguished by a focus on strategic case development, effective advocacy, and unwavering dedication to protecting her clients’ interests.
With over a decade of legal experience, Ms. Pons offers a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process—from motion practice and discovery to client relations and courtroom advocacy. Having worked in law firms since the age of sixteen, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for both the procedural and human elements of legal practice. Her litigation style is characterized by precision, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Pons practiced at several prominent South Florida law firms, where she managed high-volume caseloads involving complex first-party property insurance claims. Her diverse background also includes experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship litigation, and family law, which enriches her perspective in handling multifaceted legal issues.
Ms. Pons earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, graduating in the top 25% of her class. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Florida International University. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she effectively serves a broad range of clients across Florida.

Legal Assistant
Jasmyn Beckles joined our firm in 2025, bringing strong analytical and organizational skills to our legal team. A graduate of Syracuse University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Project Management. Jasmyn supports our attorneys through comprehensive legal research, case discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing a variety of legal documents. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence contribute greatly to the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Nayeli handles the scheduling of Mediations and all Guardian Ad Litem matters for the office. Additionally, she serves all client support including assisting with scheduling an all other matterers related to thir respective matters.
