Mediation

When it comes to mediation, our purpose is to provide a neutral setting which makes everyone as comfortable as possible. Mediation is hard work as very important decisions are being made by the parties. It is a very informal process which may take place at Ms. Garcia’s office or at another location chosen by the parties. Keep in mind that during the mediation process, both parties can remain completely separate, in order to avoid adversarial situations such as those you find in Court. The mediation process is completely confidential.

Mediation can even begin prior to a case being filed.

Complimentary Lunch or Dinner is always provided for parties and their counsel to feel comfortable.
